The Space:
The apartment was inaugurated in August 2019 and is located in a very good central location close to many historical and cultural attractions.
It has all the amenities and comfort you would expect.
The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with chairs, a large and comfortable coach, a 160x200 bed, a complete bathroom with a shower to serve this bedroom and an amazing terrace with outdoor furniture.

METRO - 30 Minutes
From Porto Airport - Francisco Sá Carneiro - take Metro Line E in direction to Estádio do Dragão. Get off at Trindade Metro Station.
Once you get off at the metro, it's a 4min walk.
TRAIN - CAMPANHÃ RAILWAY STATION.
From the Campanhã Railway Station (located outside the city center) just get any metro line to Trindade. Then just take a walk of 5 minutes.

The property is a cracking studio apartment in a great location. It’s modern and really well designed, making great use of the space. It was super clean and pretty much filled our needs. It was comfy and quiet at night. However we had a few issues that stopped us from giving it a five star rating. The sun loungers out in the terrace were mouldy (even after a cleaning team were sent to try and clean them). They were replaced with new ones two days before we left. A great gesture but they shouldn’t have been unusable in the first place.The shower cabinet doors didn’t fully close and the shower head was so bad under pressure that water was literally spraying in every direction eventually flooding the floor every time. The shower head was fixed but the doors remained an issue.And although this wasn’t the hosts fault - the extractor fan in the bathroom leaked water due to an issue with an upstairs flat which coupled with the above lead to a damp unpleasant smell in the bathroom.The hosts were communicative and helpful at all times and we probably couldn’t have asked them to do any more, and to answer the burning question would we stay there again - probably, but we’d consider alternatives.

The location for steps to nightlife and eating is grand. The local contruction is not a plus. We appreciated the laundry pods and coffee pods. The little courtyard was lovely and provided natural light and privacy. One of the umbrellas was badly damaged and should be removed. We were greeted by a friendly agent. Only reason i did not give 5 out of 5 for everything was the surprising add on fees AFTER booking. VRBO should require the host to include all fees through through VRBO app.

This property is exactly as it states minus the pool, there isn't one so please take it out it isn't necessary. You are on a quiet street but don't be fooled by the first glance appearance. The neighborhood is local, friendly with tons of restaurants close by.
Everything within walking distance.
The check in was by lockbox. There are no instructions on operation of anything in the apartment including the internet. We suggest you put instructions in writing for incoming guests. So simple yet so vital since you are not reachable after 5 and before 9.
That being said we did enjoy the location and our stay here. Thank you
