Modern apartment located in the Sestiere of San Polo, at the heart of Venice, renowned for the lively Rialto Market, the iconic Rialto Bridge, and the characteristic alleyways that capture the true essence of the city.
The accommodation, situated on the ground floor of a canal-front building, comfortably hosts up to four guests. The property features a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and espresso machine. The sleeping area includes one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. A windowed bathroom with a shower and hairdryer completes the interior spaces.
* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

The apartment location was great, right on a canal. The apartment was small but we knew this. This was our 1st time in Italy so communication is key. The lack of communication was frustrating. Ultimately it didnt affect our stay but when you don't know the process and reach out for help, you should expect a response. We didnt get a response from this company and that's a shame. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood, but still a reasonable walk to San Marco and all the sites. Nowhere to sit as a family, though, other than around the kitchen table. Still, the apartment served us well for four days in Venice.

We stayed in October with overnight lows of 10C and the heat did not work at all. Intererior temperature was about 20-21C. Kitchen had a sewer smell probably due to the canal right outside.
