Sugar Beach offers easy access to a man made reef right in front of the condo, or drive to nearby world famous Cane Bay, or the Pier in Fredericksted, for two of the best snorkeling spots on the island. The half day trip to Buck Island is highly recommended if you would like to snorkel on of the worlds top ten reefs, If diving is high on your list, there are many dive shops that can take you to some of the best stops, including the world famous "Cliff" at Cane Bay.
Inside you will find a brand new one bedroom with one bath, updated kitchen, living room with large screen smart tv.. Kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials for eating in or preparing your special meals or beverages. If you want to have your own beachfront, ground floor, Caribbean condo, and have a limited budget, this is for you. Washer/Dryer has now been added to the unit during the remodel.

Sargassum Seaweed Update:
The Caribbean Sea has been experiencing a higher volume of sargassum seaweed in recent years from Florida, to central America, and onto all island in the Caribbean. While the staff removes it daily, the seaweed can pile on the beach and when in large amounts, potentially create an unpleasant smell. We like to inform our guests because the seaweed could potentially prevent enjoyable use of our beach. If there is seaweed on our beach, there are many other beaches available that will not have any. It depends on the winds and the tide. It comes and goes
This condition is unpredictable on a week-to-week basis and something that is out of our control. As a result, we cannot issue refunds as a result of sargassum.

The hosts are absolutely fantastic. We had a problem come up, but they worked with us and we got it resolved very quickly. The room is very nice, has all you need, and the view from it is stunning.

Condo was great for me and wife. There is so much good food on the island we didn’t use the kitchen, but it has all the things needed to cook and eat. The view is 10/10. The beach is great. Bring water shoes. The back door is steps away from the water. The beach is protected by reef, great place to swim/snorkel. The property is located in a central location making the island very accessible. Would recommend 10/10. Owner had quick communication. St Croix is amazing.

Perfect location and ground floor access to the beach, then walk right in to the Caribbean Sea. The most beautiful palm trees as well. The Island has so much to do however it is hard to leave the property with such beauty. Everything we needed was provided in the updated condo. The owner was very helpful and answered our questions right away. We highly recommend this condo and property. We will be back again in the future

The place was decently stocked, and very convenient to things on the north and east sides of St Croix. Easy parking situation. Beach sand is rough and gritty, but we found the most awesome sugary sandy beach about 20 minutes away near the east end (Cramer Beach Park). We had lots of sargassum seaweed during the first few days of our stay, but currents appeared to take it completely away our last couple days. Shower was a bit funky and tricky to figure out, but once we got it, it was perfectly adequate. For the price point, I think it’s a good deal. The owners and housekeeper worked with a local shop owner to help prepare a honeymoon surprise for my wife, complete with wine, chocolates and flowers etc. they did an awesome job within the budget I gave them! We saved money (groceries are insanely expensive on the island), by preparing some meals in the condo, and just eating out on occasion. Found several lovely restaurants just a few blocks east of there, on the historic boardwalk. Air conditioning in the unit worked great 👍
