HENDYS 346 is a beautiful holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests. Situated just out of Point Turton and absolute beachfront with a large deck to sit, relax and take in the beautiful sea views and amazing sunsets!
Open plan kitchen with side by side fridge/freezer, electric stove with 5 burner gas stove top, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, electric frypan, toaster, kettle, Nutri-Bullet, mixer. Dining area with dining table/chairs, freestanding wood fire heater with bakers oven and cook top (BYO wood). Living area with split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, L shaped lounge, large smart TV, combustion heater (BYO wood).
Main bedroom with ceiling fan, ensuite with vanity, bath, walk-in shower, w/c. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have a split system reverse cycle air-conditioners.
Main bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, front loading washing machine and sink, separate w/c.
Iron and ironing board.
Undercover large deck with outdoor furniture, one end of the deck is enclosed with windows, drinks/bait fridge.

Fish cleaning facility.
Clothesline
Plenty of room for parking and the boat - there is also a 2 bay enclosed carport attached to the house where you can park your cars.
NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond
Point Turton has an excellent boat ramp and jetty for those keen fisherman! There is also a general store where you can buy delicious pastries, take away foods, general grocery items, ice, bait and fuel. You can also enjoy a lovely meal at the Tavern On Turton.
Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - queen plus 1 single bunk bed
Pillows and quilts will be provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bathmat and tea towels.

Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply
Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$400 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$350 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$300 per night
Bond may increase during peak season

Loved the location and outlook. It’s nice to be a little out of town for the peace and quiet. Perfect with neighbours only one side. Very spacious dining and kitchen area overlooking the bay. Lots of utensils! Would be good to have a good bbq set up at the front. The perfect holiday for us! Thanks

We stayed with a group of couples over the New Year’s period and the management of the property was stellar. Everything was clean and had all of the basics. The beach access is slightly challenging with a narrow path and small hill, however still there which is appreciated. All rooms were reasonably sized and tidy. The deck and living areas were a great space to spend our time which plenty of seating for 6-8 people. A small challenge with the location is it is a little walk from the Tavern however the property is worth it
