95 square meters - a perfect place for a family or two couples to enjoy the magnificent view. Close proximity to central Queenstown.
The Space
A two-bedroom apartment set over one levels, in the Pounamu complex on Frankton Road. The living areas of room A look out to lake & Mountain View.
The layout flows from the shared entry hallway with access to shared laundry, Unit A (one bedroom) and Unit B (studio).
Bedrooms: Two bedrooms. Two apartments with shared entry.
Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. Shower and bathtub combine in both bathrooms.
Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, fireplace, smart TV, and balcony access (A).
Kitchen: Fully equipped with gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-size fridge/freezer, toaster (located in unit A)
Balcony: Small balcony with a table and two chairs.
Bed configuration:
Bedroom A: King bed
Bedroom B: King bed
Guest Access
Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.
There are two underground parking bays for you to utilize with a height limit of 2 metres.
The Neighbourhood
The Jade Apartments (Pounamu complex) sit right on Frankton Road, with Lake Wakatipu and the mountains across the road and an easy, level walk into the heart of Queenstown.

Distance from Queenstown Airport: 6.2 km
Distance from Queenstown Town Centre: 1.2 km

Other Things to Note / Good to Know
Stairs: External stairs from underground parking to access apartments. Apartment A has small internal staircase. Apartment B has none.
Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power
Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on
Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.
Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

We literally only slept there, but the place was quite nice, fancy and well set up, be a great place to stay for the weekend or a while. Took us a while to figure out the keys were in a lockbox at the room itself but that’s probably more on us than the host,Would stay again
