Newly renovated apartment (autumn 2024) in a perfect location in Haute-Nendaz, 4 Vallées, ideal for a week without a car!
With 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, the apartment easily sleeps 6 people.
There are 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds.
The bathroom has a bath and WC. For your convenience, there is also a separate WC in the entrance hall.
The spacious living room, with cable TV and a fireplace in the lounge, opens onto a lovely south-facing balcony with views of the mountains on the Tracouet side. Access to the fully equipped kitchen is facilitated by a pass-through at table height.
Facilities:
Kitchen: kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, 1 cheese fondue set, 1 raclette and crêpes party set (1*6 pers., with the little pans), 1 Chinese fondue set, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob.
Comfort: hairdryer, WIFI.
Practicalities: lift, storage space for ski equipment in garage and building hall, washing machine and tumble dryer available in communal laundry room (coin-operated).
Parking: 1 reserved parking space in the garage, other unnamed spaces in front of the building.
Ideal location:
The apartment is perfectly situated in the centre of the village and the shopping area of the resort.
You are also close to the sledge run, the Spa des Bisses, the ice rink (winter), the open-air swimming pool (summer), tennis courts (summer) and the playground, ideal for holidays with the family or friends.
You can also take a pushchair from the apartment.
The free funicular, 200m away, drops you off in less than a minute opposite the Tracouet Télécabine cash desk.
Good to know: We manage several flats in the same building, should you wish to stay with other families.
Included in the price for the number of people indicated at the time of booking:
- beds made on arrival
- towels
- final cleaning
Optional:
- Baby pack at 25 CHF/stay (this includes a cot with mattress, a fitted sheet, a towel and a high chair)
- 35 CHF for sheets and towels per additional person
Access to the apartment is very easy, even in winter.
For short stays and special requests, please contact us!
Please note: the swimming pool in the building is permanently closed.
Wood for the fireplace must be provided by the tenants.

It would have been easier to initially find the flat if it was more obvious that the building number is 34 and that the apartment is 15.

Nous avons apprécié le côté pratique de cet appartement. Confortable, bien équipé, lumineux , avec une grande terrasse, proche de la plaine de jeu et de la piscine.
La petite armoire basse de la cuisine dont le tiroir à couverts va bientôt lâcher. Pour le reste, tout était impeccable

Superbe appartement très bien entretenu et idéalement situé au pied des pistes. Confortable et bien spacieux.
Quelques casseroles et verres en plus ne seraient pas un luxe.
