Comfortable apartment on the 5th floor in a modern seafront building with an elevator, and a wonderful sea view from the balcony. It comes with an open-plan kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a full bathroom with a shower. Main amenities included: A/C and one covered parking space at 250 m from the building (in Piazza Keplero). Perfectly located, just a few steps from the beach and close to bars and restaurants.
