Relax and unwind in this charming, renovated three-bedroom cottage. With two verandahs and a sun-dappled outdoor area, it’s perfect for soaking up the holiday vibes. The home is thoughtfully equipped with modern conveniences, including a flat-screen TV, DVD player, an additional TV in the main bedroom, dishwasher, gas BBQ, and a laundry with both washer and dryer.
Stay cool with plenty of ceiling fans, and store your beach gear with ease in the designated storage area. Off-street parking is available on Mitchell Street, with room to park your boat as well. Now with WI-FI.
Conveniently located near cafes, shops, and restaurants, the cottage is also pet-friendly for one small outdoor dog. Directly across the road, Brighton Park offers a great spot for kids to play or enjoy a family game of cricket. Access the track to Main Beach via the nearby bridge for endless fun in the sun.
Please Note: 'Yia Yia's' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.
Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting. You will need to provide your own toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid etc.

Great house in good location, clean and comfy bed with good kitchen and appliances. Only small negative was the BBQ was not cleaned so was not used. Would definitely stay again.

Position was perfect, lots of space but some rooms remained very cold, esp. the kitchen and the verandah bedroom.
