This premium lakeside condo is only steps away from the water’s edge and is only a short walk to Geneva Beach which has a floating dock, ideal for swimming and fishing. The calm waters of Lake Aspen also serve as the perfect spot for kayaking, canoeing, or paddle boarding.
Through the front door, located up the small flight of stairs, are two private bedrooms, each with their own full private bath and scenic views of the lake. The primary suite is complete with access to a private balcony, perfect for watching the early morning sunrise off the lake and a full size bed. The second bedroom offers additional sleeping arrangements for children or guests, with a twin and queen-size bed.

Nice ,comfortable 2 bedroom condo on lake. Beach is easy walk from condo, pool is a short drive to community center. Beautiful lakefront views with deer ,foxes, and lots of birds. Would stay here again

Absolutely pristine, comfortable, cozy home away from home. The scenery is serene with deer looking at you through the huge living room window. If you plan to cook, you might want to bring your own utensils and serving bowls! The kitchen is lacking updated 'tools.' Management was most kind and helpful. We could not get the t.v. to work but someone came right away so we could enjoy the Superbowl!!!!The fireplace and grill were a nice bonus!

We had a great time staying at this Innsbrooke property. It was the perfect location for all of our family activities. It had all of the amenities we could need and the porch was so fun for a family game night!

We loved the view and wood burning fireplace but, the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. There is a definite dip in the middle, and it’s very uncomfortable. I was trying to keep myself from rolling into the dip all night long. It was a very restless night of sleep. The rest of the house could use a little updating as well.
