Nestled amidst rolling green hills, this inviting apartment in Fabbrica offers the perfect blend of rustic character and comfort. The open kitchen and living area create a cozy space for unwinding, while the mezzanine with additional beds adds a touch of charm. Outside, a well-kept garden with a BBQ corner is ideal for leisurely afternoons, and the shared swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing dip under the Tuscan sun. A children's bed is available on request, making this a family-friendly retreat.

Just 9 km away lies the enchanting village of Peccioli—brimming with artisan shops and medieval character. The apartment is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany’s iconic destinations, including Pisa’s Leaning Tower, the artistic heart of Florence, and the dramatic skyline of San Gimignano. Volterra’s Etruscan charm and Siena’s Gothic beauty are also within reach. For outdoor lovers, scenic cycling trails wind through cypress-lined roads, and the beaches of the Tyrrhenian coast are just a short drive away.

Tuscan traditions come alive here—not just in scenery, but on the plate. Every Monday, guests can enjoy an authentic Tuscan dinner on-site, and Thursdays are reserved for wood-fired pizza nights. Local wineries offer tastings by request, allowing you to sample Chianti and other regional wines. In Peccioli, try "La Vecchia Carraia" for hearty local fare or "Pasticceria Ferretti" for unforgettable desserts. Simple, flavorful, and rooted in tradition—this is Tuscany at its tastiest.
