Everything about our stay was 5 star. The property is well situated at the top of Cannes on a safe and private site with quick and easy access into the town. Barbara, our host, could not have been any more helpful from check in to checkout she was hospitable and easy to communicate with. The villa itself has everything you could possibly need and is very well appointed. Like a proper home rather than some cheaply furnished holiday villas. WiFi was super fast which was important to us as we had to work whilst we were away. Overall I would throughly recommend this villa to anyone looking.

My colleagues and I stayed at this property during the Cannes Lions advertising festival in June, and had a lovely time. The home is well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. With a bathroom for each guest it worked well for our group, and the nice backyard made for a great place to have coffee in the morning. The home is in a quiet neighborhood a short drive from the beach and all of the action in Cannes. I'd definitely recommend it.

This was our second time starting at this lovely villa and we are so glad we did. Barbara is proactive, professional, and incredibly kind. She and her husband make a fantastic management team, quick to answer and flexible and the villa itself is well equipped, clean, and spacious with a lovely garden. If you plan to spend a lot of time at the beach or at the Palais des Festivals, you will need a car or plan on taking the bus as it is a 40 minute walk.
We really enjoyed our time and will certainly stay here again!

Very comfortable house, fully equipped kitchen, nice grass terasse. Very quite residence. The air-conditioner in every room. We were in April, so we didn't check how long to go to the swimming pool. Driving to Cannes is easy, we also travelled a lot around.
