Bring family or friends to this updated top-floor condo in Palm Coast’s European Village. Accommodating up to four guests, our condo offers two queen beds, a separate living and kitchen area, full-size appliances and French-door views of the European Village courtyard.
Restaurants, shops and scheduled entertainment are located downstairs. The nearest Atlantic beach is approximately a four-minute drive away, and Palm Coast’s parks, trails, Intracoastal waterways and nature preserves are nearby within walking distance.
Historic St. Augustine and Daytona Beach are each approximately 30 minutes from the condo. Orlando is about a 90 minute drive.
Your spacious bedroom includes two queen beds, comfortable mattresses, closet and dresser storage, a sitting area and a large television. Guests receive complimentary Wi-Fi and full Spectrum Cable TV access through streaming and a cable box.
You'll find the separate living and kitchen space includes a couch, dining area and full kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, dishes and dining essentials.
The bathroom features double sinks and a distinctive step-in tub with rain shower. Guests with limited mobility should review the bathroom photographs carefully to make sure the configuration is appropriate for their needs.
A new LG washer and dryer are located in the shared secured hallway immediately outside the condo and are accessible to guests of either unit. Free parking is available on the premises. Check-in is at 4:00 pm or earlier if possible and checkout is by 10:30 a.m.
European Village is an active mixed-use destination with restaurants, shops, courtyard activities and occasional live entertainment. Music by local musicians may be audible during weekends.
The French doors provide courtyard views through a Juliet-style railing. The unit does not have a conventional walk-out balcony with outdoor seating. The nearest Atlantic beach is approximately four minutes away by car and the intracoastal waterway and walking/biking trail is located across the street. The condo is not oceanfront. Smoking, pets, parties and events are not permitted.

My stay was awesome. This condo was absolutely pristine clean and the condition is terrific. The kitchen is well stocked. The bed was quite comfortable and the price was reasonable.It’s easy to reach the host if needed, and he was very responsive.

When I say they thought of everything I mean everything. This was my first solo vacation so I was very nervous. Mr. Tim was close by to assist with me getting in and set up. Property was exactly as shown in the picture and description plus more. Bed nice and comfortable, seating/sining area “perfect”. I was able to dance and enjoy myself from the balcony. Being inside the village made my stay easier. Music was great if I needed to leave EVERYTHING was close by. He even sent me a list of things to do to make my search easier. I also met his wife and a big thank you to her as well I’m sure she had a lot to do with the condo being fully equipped. Can’t wait to come back for another stay. Highly recommend

Had a great stay loved rhe size of the unit. Very clean and great beds! TIm was very quick to respond when we had quesrions.

Nice & clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Laundry machines available for use. Plenty of towels that smelled fantastic! Nice view of European Village courtyard. Plenty of nice restaurants on main level.
