Escape the ordinary in this super-clean, beautifully decorated, single family home on a quiet street in the Gardens. Feel the breeze as you enjoy the calming sound of surf and the ocean views from the upper deck. After sunrise yoga on the beach, walk along the ocean with your morning Nespresso. This home has everything you need. Just bring your bathing suit!
Enjoy 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2200 sq. ft. of open concept living with plenty of space to spread out. Dine inside or out, serve meals with ease in our large chef’s kitchen with Gaggenau appliances. Or for the outdoor chef, the 6-burner stainless steel grill awaits. There is plenty of room for lounging, al fresco dining or just a little quiet time.
The setup is convenient with kitchen, living room, three bedrooms and laundry on first floor, providing easy access for guests who have difficulty navigating steps. The upper level boasts a large bedroom with master bath, entertainment area with vaulted ceiling, wet bar and large deck with ocean views.
Traveling with children? Plenty of sleeping and hang out space on first floor. Have little ones that need to sleep in the same room as their parents? Two bedrooms are ready with rollaway beds.
Short on car space? Just bring your overnight bag. Yoga mats, boogie boards, bikes, beach gear and beach tags are ready for your vacationing pleasure. Plenty of family games to enjoy on cool summer nights.
Do you have a fur baby? No need to leave your pup behind. Dogs are welcome.
Return from the beach to find a refreshing, private outdoor shower. Hardwood floors throughout make cleanliness a breeze and linens are provided.

Ocean City, NJ is a "dry town" and as such, no alcohol is sold on the island and consumption of alcohol is not permitted in public places on the island.
The home is not suitable for noisy parties as the neighborhood is quiet with very few rental properties.

Our family vacation at Seascape was fantastic! A quiet street in The Gardens, very short walk to the quiet and wide beach. The cleanest VRBO that we’ve ever rented. We used the provided bikes, large gas grill, many beach chairs and 2 beach carts. The AC worked perfectly. Fridge is large and additional fridge is in the large garage. Two living areas worked well for kids and adults. Not having to bring bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens and towels was a huge plus. Communication and service with the owner was immediate and helpful. This house provides a fun and comfortable family vacation, a definite “10”

Another great stay. Already booked for next year. Cleanest rental we have ever stayed at. Communications with the host was excellent. Short walk to beach which is not crowded at all.

The Seagate house on Seacrest in Ocean City is a gem! We have stayed there 4 siblings and their significant others) multiple times and it never disappoints. The rooms are nicely appointed, the beds are all comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you might want including great cookware and even a crockpot. The 10 beach tags were great. A beach is literally steps from the door. If you like birds, piping plovers nest nearby. Two of us did some work there and the internet worked flawlessly. There were some burned out lights when we arrived on June 7, 2026 but the owner sent a handyman right away who obtained the specialty bulbs needed. We used the bikes (and the grill) that were in the garage. My only quibble is that the bike locks, which in past years we have stayed here worked perfectly, no longer opened with the code supplied - so I hope they fix this before the next family visits. Highly recommended for families!

Another fantastic time at Seagate. The weather was perfect this trip, we enjoyed several days on the beach and in town. This house is better equipped than any we’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in several) and it’s just so comfortable. It feels like home away from home. We just love it and Chris is a fabulous host. Thanks for another wonderful time!
