This is the second time my son and I have stayed here, and it's totally met our needs for a quick weekend in New Hope. The house is totally charming - just be careful on the spiral steps! The hosts, Nancy and her husband, are lovely and very accessible. As a matter of fact, I left my cell phone behind after locking the door and leaving. When I realized it about ten minutes later, we headed back to the house, and fortunately they were home (their home is attached to the rental), they let me back in, and I was able to grab my phone. Should we return to New Hope, we'll definitely plan to stay here again!

I guess it was truthfully described except that one bathroom and the kitchen are in the basement and the two bedrooms and one bathroom are on the third floor and the middle floor is just a living room, no TV, and a dining room table. So if you were relaxing in the middle floor, you have to go upstairs or downstairs to go to the bathroom or to get something to eat or drink and the stairs are narrow and winding and you gotta be careful. Also, the house is in the middle of nowhere. It’s 15 to 20 minutes to a grocery store. If you wanna be out in the country, fine. So I guess it was properly described just not what we were expecting. It was not for us and we left after two days.
