At guests' exclusive use a porch with table and chairs for outdoor eating and a private garden. A large pool with beautiful view over the surrounding hills is also present. The property is entirely fenced-in.

The annex is composed of a living room-kitchen with double sofa bed and direct exit to the porch, two double bedrooms, wide bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available in the living area and one of the bedrooms.
