A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
First-floor layout: This cabin has one bedroom and one bathroom on the first floor. It also has two queen-size beds in loft bedroom upstairs.
Cozy Home on Lake Huron I is a two-bedroom lakefront cabin with 75 feet of private natural shoreline access on Saginaw Bay on Lake Huron. Guests have a private entrance, deck, firepit, parking area, full kitchen, and comfortable indoor spaces.
The cabin shoreline is natural—not a groomed sandy swimming beach. Water levels, shoreline material, and access conditions vary with seasons and weather. Any beach or beachfront platform label refers to the waterfront setting and private shoreline access. Arenac County Park’s 900-foot sandy swimming beach is less than a mile away.
Enjoy water views, fishing, birdwatching, fires by the shore, and paddling when conditions are appropriate. Wildlife sightings are possible but not guaranteed. No lifeguard is provided; all water use is at the guest’s own risk.
Free on-site parking and self check-in are provided. The cabin is about 12 miles from Standish and 21 miles from East Tawas.
Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an $80 pet fee per pet, per reservation. Dogs over 50 lbs, aggressive or poorly behaved dogs, and restricted breeds including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, and similar breeds are not allowed. Pets must be leashed outside, may not be left unattended in the cabin, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. Guests must clean up after pets and are responsible for pet-related damage. Pets must be licensed and current on vaccinations. Contact us before booking with questions or special requests.

Property was very clean, had a full kitchen, laundry, comfortable beds. Was very quiet and relaxing. Good restaurants nearby in town. Enjoyed our stay.

I always leave good reviews and if there is an issue, i always communicate it with the owner, prior to leaving a poor review... but i feel like this one has to be raw. The odor in the house was .... indescribable. Grandmas house, that smoked her whole life... inside, and flooded her house a few times. Thats the best i got. I slept on the couch and my husband slept on the bed downstairs, on top of a made bed. The bed upstairs feels like an air mattress. The neighbors have kids and are NOT quiet about it. (Im a young mom to 2 little rambunctious kids.... so im not hating, but i thought it would be 2 rental homes...) The house just wasnt cozy and i feel like the pictures dont do it justice. Peak of the trip (which was a 1 night stay for myself and my husband to get away from the craziness of life and relax... joke was on us) was when i went outside and seen 2 cherry trees on the property with ripe cherries. There was no beach to swim in, just marsh land. No swings like in the pictures ... just... marsh and sticks and still water. (Id like to add, that we stayed 20 minutes north once before, in a smaller cottage and had no issues. The water DOES have a strong odor, but it did also in the other home we stayed in so it must be a lake huron thing.. just noting that for the potential renters.) I wish i had something more than cherries to brag about.
