There's a lovely view for such a small but servicable unit. Unfortunately, the only place to eat inside was on an uncomfortable stool at the kitchen counter and the furnace was noisy when it came on during the cool nights we were there.
It's a great place for sleeping, a shower (but needs floor mat), and to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea.

Property worked fine. There were no working flashlights or battery powered candles. Power went out for hours and temps were in 90s w high humidity. We drove home early did not stay last night.I called Innsbruck next day because I left golf clothes on back of bathroom door. Missed them in the dark. Requested they send. If you can help expedite that it would be appreciated.
