You’ll love the “feeling” and *vibes* of this fabulous, spacious and well-stocked home and marvel at how EASY we’ve made it for you and your loved ones to simply arrive and start making beach memories that you’ll treasure forever. A truly special and relaxing place for every season that's perfect for family vacations, couple's retreats, golf trips, girls getaways... anytime you need that change of scenery!
House Features:
- 4 Peaceful bedrooms (1 KING bed and 3 QUEEN beds)
- First floor king bed w/ private bathroom & shower/tub
- First floor queen bed w/ private bathroom
- Second floor has two queen bedrooms with hallway access to bathroom (2 vanities, separate shower/tub and toilet area)
- LINENS & TOWELS provided (sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths) so no need to overpack!
- Private swimming POOL in a large completely gated backyard w/ tables, chairs, loungers, and gas grill make for a wonderful retreat from the sand. Pool can be heated for an additional $100/day (minimum outdoor temperature of 50 degrees required)
- Enjoy VIEWS of the Atlantic Ocean and canals from multiple porches with your coffee/cocktail/sippy cup :)
- Two BIKES available for further island exploration, plenty of beach chairs & a beach wagon for easy beach relaxation
- Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for prep and cooking, plus indoor & outdoor seating

- 1 min. WALK to the Monroe St. Public Beach Access & Ocean - this is a highly convenient beach access with the Community Center’s public restrooms, ramp access for easily wheeling your cooler to the beach, outdoor showers for rinsing off, volleyball nets set up in the sand, yoga classes
- 1-5 min. WALK to fabulous restaurants & bars (Drift Coffee & Kitchen, Coastal Wine Room, 59 Causeway Bagels, Pelican’s Perch, Jinks Creek just to name a few)
- 1-5 minute WALK to ice cream, shopping, OIB pier, the newly renovated park & playground w/ a splash pad and bocce ball court, miniature golf/putt-putt, the Museum of Coastal Carolina, Free Summer Friday Concerts, Zumba and other local events
- 3 min drive to more restaurants and grocery stores right over the bridge (Sugar Shack, Publix, Lowes Foods)

House layout and location was perfect. Walking distance to the pier and the park. Steps away from the beach. Thankful that we paid for the pool to be heated since the weather was cooler. Definitely recommend. This home made our family vacation perfect!

We loved this property. It was conveniently close to the beach and an easy walk to the creamery and pier. We enjoyed the pool and the home was well equipped for my family’s stay. We definitely will be back!

We made a mistake… We don’t want to stay anywhere else after staying here! The location was great, the house was great and worked very well for our family arrangements. The pool was fantastic. Stephanie was very responsive and friendly. She even accommodated an early arrival!
