The Ormondy Condominium is a Private Residential Building that includes the convenience of gated underground garage parking. The Ormondy is a non-smoking and non-pet community. Residents and Guests may not bring pets on the property.

The condo was perfect for our family. It was very spacious, well stocked, and gorgeous views. We plan on coming back in the future. Thank you for a wonderful week!!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. We had enough room for me and wife and Sons families, there was nine of us altogether, with six and seven year old children. Beach view was amazing with a nice pool. It was like everyone had their own Hotel Room when we were not hanging out in the common areas.

Location was excellent, everyone in the building was helpful and nice, condo was updated and spacious!

The condo was just like it was described. Ocean front balcony. Could see dolphins everyday. The hot water heater was good for 2 showers in a row but not 3. Biggest complaint was the extra bill of 25 at the end for them saying we took the crumb collector from the 2 slice 10 Walmart toaster which we obviously did not take. Very tacky and frustrating when you pay that much for a condo. Emailed back and questioned the charge. Never got a response back.
