The first bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also provides direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a balcony of 8 m2 with a north and west facing position. The apartment benefits from practical and beautiful furnishings throughout, with electric shutters in the living room and the first bedroom, and an electric blind for the terrace.
