This unit has been beautifully updated for the 2026 season. Located on a quiet canal, these townhomes feature two or three bedrooms with two full baths and one half bath. The main floor features the living room and fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a half bath. The upper level, features the two bedrooms and two full baths. Each bedroom, living room and kitchen offer access to one of the four private balconies. All major appliances, Keurig coffee maker, WiFi, and three unit air conditioners complete the package. Additional building amenities include an outdoor pool and parking for two cars. Just a short distance to the beach, dining, restaurants, amusements and more. This unit will not last long - book your stay today.

This townhouse is brand new, top to bottom. Everything is clean. The floors are the wide planks and the colors throughout the home are gray and white with some blues. It is so pretty and relaxing. There was plenty of parking. The unit is very quiet; we did not hear other people, or cars or traffic or anything. It was very good. I would totally recommend staying here. The beds were new and comfy, tvs in every room, w/d in unit, etc. Lots of nice amenities. You could see the landlord takes pride in his property and great care with it. Everything was well-taken care of. Would stay here again.
