Nestled off Beach Blvd, these homes are convenient to the beach, and many restaurants & entertainment in the area. Feel the ocean breeze from the front and back patios. Sleep, dine, and sit comfortably on our amazing sofas, beds, and tables. The homes have so much to offer: a large game room, plenty of patio seating, large spacious bedrooms, plenty of dining space, beach items & just about everything you need for your stay.

⋇ Please ensure all parties occupying the home are aware of the house rules
⋇ Smoking is NOT allowed inside the premises. Any smoking detected will result in a minimum of $250 to $500, and additional fines if it will impact the next guest stay. Smoking is only allowed outside. Please keep doors closed when smoking and dispose of cigarette butts.
⋇ NO PARTIES, loud music such as boom boxes allowed as this causes disruption to other neighbors and guests. These types of disturbances will cause immediate termination of stay and fines will be assessed
⋇ NOISE CURFEW, there is a neighborhood noise curfew between 10 pm - 7 pm
⋇ GRILL: Feel free to use the barbecue that is set up for your leisure. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found dirty and requires extra cleaning, an additional cleaning fee may be assessed. Please note that guests will need to purchase extra propane if it's not available.
⋇ We provide ample soap, shampoo, and toilet paper in each bathroom but please be prepared to purchase extra if needed. Walmart is a short drive away
⋇ Should a hurricane or tropical storm threaten our area, we will follow the guidance of officials pertaining to mandatory evacuations.

⋇ We are in a newly built coastal community close to and surrounded by water, trees, and wildlife. Please let us know so that we can continue to take preventative measures. We are very diligent and have regular preventive pest control, but sometimes nature can be out of our control.

My family and I really enjoyed having the two properties side-by-side and being able to go on vacation altogether. The home was clean and well stocked with amenities.

It is an awesome place, we all had a great time. The houses were very nice and accommodating.

There were 17 of us, including 2 toddlers, that stayed in these two houses. You could see the beach from the front porch of both houses. The homes were clean. The living and kitchen areas were very spacious and provided lots of room for our social gatherings. We did walk to the beach several times. It was about a 2 block walk. That was a marvelous aspect. The bedrooms are spacious and each had closets. The patio out back was very spacious for social gatherings. Beach towels were provided. That was a plus. The house with all the stairs had a game floor with ping pong tables and basketball hoop that came in handy. The six bathrooms came in handy. My only suggestion is that handrails be added to all showering locations for the elderly in the family. That was a little awkward as we had three individuals in their 80s using the facilities and were called to assist in the showering. One night the code wouldn't let us back into the house and the host answered my 10pm call straight away and got us in the house by talking us through it. It was a very enjoyable stay with plenty of plates and silverware. Two great coffee makers; one Keurig and one by the pot...excellent idea for such a large group. It was in close range to all the places we wished to go. We would definitely rent again.

We spent Thanksgiving weekend at these 2 beautiful homes with 21 of our family members. Houses were super clean and ready for us when we arrived. I was so surprised that they left us garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper as most rentals do not. 5 bedrooms in the ground level house and 4 bedrooms in the elevated house. Beds were comfortable and plenty of places to gather and hang out inside. Super easy walk between the 2 homes. Lot of places indoors and out to gather and enjoy each other's company!The kids had a blast in the game room - lots of games to choose from. It is a short walk to a white sand beach which we spent a lot of time at as well. We loved the fire pit after a long day of playing and visiting.Best of all our host was very responsive to our needs. You can tell these owners care about your experience.There are lovely shops close by plus Walmart and another grocery store very close by. We got fish from Long Beach Seafood which is a short drive away from the homes and had a fish fry while visiting these homes. Would highly recommend this fish market!We will definitely be booking again for another family fun vacation and reunion. Thank you for making both of these homes available! We made some great memories staying here!
