Amazing Home, easy check in and communication . Loved having the kayaks available for canal and river trips. Comfy and big living room for the whole family ! Great appliances ! Great 4 bedrooms each with their own full bathroom! Did some fishing from the dock and got lucky a few times. We left the rods for the next crew! Very thoughtful of the management company to come check on us at the house a few days in , if we needed anything ! Beautiful views of the gorgeous rainbow we had and lovely sunsets. The only thing I would ask is for more spoons and forks :). Thank you for sharing your home. We had a wonderful week!

This was the perfect house for us for spring break. We vacationed with another family and found it had ample room and space for all. The location could not have been better - quiet neighborhood with a quick walk to the nearby beach area. Kayaks were awesome and we even did a little bit of fishing. Would definitely go back.

The house was nice and clean but when we tried to reach out to the property manager about a pool net because we couldn’t find one anywhere and the pool was pretty dirty NO ONE reached back out to us. If you have a pool it’s not rocket science to have a pool net even if you have a pool cleaner person that comes every Friday like a pool needs cleaned more than once a week! There was only TWO bikes not as many that is shown in pictures. Last but not least they or someone took the seats out of the kayaks and they were nowhere to be found so that was very annoying since that was something we all were looking forward to doing while our stay that we didn’t get to do.
