Outside of the established hours, we have the following rates:
Late check-in: arrival after 9:00 p.m. incurs a cost of €30 until 11:00 p.m., after which €10 will be added for each additional hour.
Late check-out (departure after 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.) and early check-in (arrival before 3:00 p.m.) are subject to availability and incur an additional charge, which can be consulted.
The apartment has a HUTB tourist licence.
Tourist tax: €10,45 per person/night not included in the final price.
Payment must be made in cash upon arrival at the apartment for all guests over 16 years of age, and for a maximum of 7 days.Law 5/2017 of the Generalitat de Catalunya, for stays with check-in from 1/4/2017.

Apartment is beautiful and in a great location of the city. Terrific manager who was very helpful.
Surrounded by easy walk to restaurants and sites.
However, bed was too soft for our backs, had a problem with the shower handle & holder which was broken. The main issue with this location is even though we were on the 5th floor and had double pained windows, it was too noisy for us at night.

I enjoyed my stay here. Location is great, right along a lively street in the Eixample neighborhood. Host was fantastic and check in was easy.
