Spacious, modern home about 20 minutes from the bottom of little cottonwood. The hot tub was great. Plenty of stores and restaurants are nearby.

We enjoyed our stay. The home is spacious, well equipped and in a nice neighborhood. There is parking for two vehicles in the driveway with garage access. Our host Mandi was responsive and communicated clearly. There is an apartment in the basement separated from the upstairs by a locked interior door. At times we could hear the family and pets living in the apartment. Overall this home was a comfortable place to stay.

Pros- great location, quiet neighborhood, hot tub, nice houseCons- there is not a thermostat! We were so hot..I would text the host daily to turn down the heat. It would seem to be better for awhile but it would kick back on full blast at night…nobody slept because we were so hot! Also, there are tenants living downstairs in the basement. I don’t think that was disclosed in the description of the house. If it was, I missed it.
