The penthouse occupies the complete top floor of one of the highest buildings in the Arenal area and thus offers 320 degree sea- and mountain view.
It is situated in the heart of the Arenal, in midst of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc., very near to the marina, beach infrastructure and commercial center Arenal. It does not have a private swimming pool but it is next to the tennis club (50m walking distance) with its public swimming pool, fitness center, padel-, squash- and tennis courts (There is an entrance fee to the swimming pool).
Newly renovated, and extremely large (200 internal and 175 external m2) furnitured to a high standard, it provides a spacious, luxurious and modern open plan living experience. The large south-, west- and north facing windows feature motorized blinds and 7 large motorized awnings provide shade for the outside area which is decorated with lots of plants. All rooms are equipped with air condition, ceiling fans and gas central heating. Beds and mattress are excellent quality.

We have taken a villa for a number of years but this is the first time we have taken an apartment so close to the Arenal. The initial impression of the building doesnt in any way do justice to the accommodation. It was clean and so spacious that at times it was hard to know if we were all there. It was perfect for our teenage kids to be able to come and go as they pleased with easy access to all the buzz of the Arenal area at night and the beach during the day. It was perfect for our group!
