The villa "Wild View" located in Tartane in the heart of nature, in the heart of the Caravelle Nature Reserve and close to the fishing village.
The villa is located in the district Ferret, Morne Pavilion, Tartane. It enjoys breathtaking views, surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. Exceptional panorama.
It is accessed by a private road secured by an electric gate, which sinks into the nature reserve. You will be seduced by the serenity that reigns in this little corner of paradise.
Come take hiking trails (Chateau Dubuc, Lighthouse Caravelle) and enjoy the beautiful beaches (surfing and / or swimming in peace).
The house is completely autonomous in electricity thanks to its photovoltaic panels for a greater respect of its environment.

Fantastic views and a beautiful off-the-grid villa. Absolutely recommend!

Extraordinary location with sublime views, lovely outdoor living space and refreshing pool surrounded by nature. The one thing not mentioned in the listing: The property shares a garden wall with a close neighbour who has noisy dogs that bark intermittently from 6am onwards. When the dogs aren't barking, this villa feels like a paradise on earth, private and serene. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you Francis!
