It is a great house and we totally enjoyed our stay. We really appreciate the well stocked house. The grands love getting to see the hummingbirds and Elk near by. I might suggest a new toilet seat for the hall bath. It did not seem to sit right on the toilet.

Great location to the RMNP, quiet location, very clean property, great views of the mountains from inside and out, comfortable bed, loved the comfy living room furniture, plenty of space for the two of us but would be good for a family. close to other points of interest and was able to see herds of elk from the deck. We would stay here again.
