Designed to host up to 36 people, these homes are perfect for family reunions, retreat groups, teams, and other group accommodation needs. These luxury villas feature a total of 10 bedrooms (8 master en suites), 2 bunk bedrooms, and 12 FULL bathrooms. Not to mention, they boast one of the best poolside locations Arcadia has to offer! With the perfect poolside location situated in scenic southern Utah, these villas provide perfect accommodations for any group.

Closeness of the units to the water park was a big plus.We rented two cabanas which provided relief from the sun and a central place for our family. There were no railings at the cabana steps

These 2 places were perfect for our large family for the week. Can’t beat the location and Arcadia staff is just awesome! So fun!!

Arcadia was as advertised…units were in good condition and very clean. Mgmt Co was very responsive to any minor repairs. We loved it!
