Townhouse #7 is a beautifully maintained, oceanfront 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental located in the exclusive Key Colony Point condominium complex. Spanning 2,000 sq. ft., this townhouse offers multiple oceanfront balconies and stunning views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and the primary suite. Perfect for a family of 6, each bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for all.
On the main level, you'll find a light and airy living room with a large sectional sofa, ideal for relaxing or enjoying entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen, dining area, work space, laundry, and a guest suite with a queen-sized bed complete the main level. Upstairs, the expansive primary suite offers a king-sized bed, a private oceanfront balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, dual vanities, and ample storage. Also on the top floor is the kids' room with two twin beds and a guest bathroom.
Townhouse #7 is fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including all linens, towels (pool and bath), hair dryers, games, and everything required for cooking and entertaining.
