This condo is an ideal vacation retreat, situated just 18 feet from the sea, providing direct views of the yachts in the bay from your patio. The property offers a community swimming pool, kids pool, kids play area, manicured gardens, BBQ and Bar for shared use of the residents all in a small quiet Community.

Guests will also have access to the adjacent Montego Bay Yacht Club and Marina Palms Restaurant for exquisite dining by the water. The condo is an ideal space for both business travelers and those working from home, with all necessities conveniently located.

It is important to note that HOA Rules require the primary guest to be at least 25 years old to make a reservation.

The apartment accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms. Each bedroom is fitted with ceiling fans and air conditioning for maximum comfort. The Master King Bedroom boasts a luxurious ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The smaller Queen Bedroom and the Twin Bedroom share another opulent bathroom.

Guest Access:

The apartment is a self-contained unit with a private entrance and a digital code door lock. Check-in time is after 3 PM. Also, it is recommended that you arrive in daylight hours on the first day so that you can familiarize yourselves with the area.

We strive for eco-efficiency and sustainability. Our property operates on solar power and solar-heated water, and we encourage our guests to support this initiative. In the unlikely event that solar power is unavailable, we can transition to grid power to minimize guest inconvenience. Additionally, we advise guests that on the rare occasions of sunless days, there may be a brief interruption in hot water supply.
