Breakfast was just okay.
Dinners a bit to expensive. Not many dinning option close by.

Very close to the ski resort, just across the road.
Very limited staff, or because it could be the end of the season. So would love for it to be a bit more helpful.

The size of the room, its facilities and closeness to the ski fields
The room was a little bit old and the bed was hard.

The location was great, the staff very accomodating and helpful. You get coupons for the resorts. Super close to the mountain and rentals, could also get to town via a 8 min walk.
The smell in our room was awful, we often had to have the window open just so we could be in our room and the bathroom stank of poor plumbing. The towels often smelt like cigarettes and you could only shower between 4-10pm using the public onsen.
The place itself was old and had stains on the couch but just needs some renovations and upgrades since the staff were lovely.

"I loved my stay at Hotel Moc. It was a nice easy walk to and from the main area. It was right next to the entrance if Kanko Snow Resort. My room was quiet, super clean and had my own bathroom!"
