Great view and access to the ocean. Isolated area so there’s not many people around which we wanted. Enjoyed the sitting area in the yard and the shade of the palm trees. Stove was adequate for cooking meals
I wish there was washer/dryer access and a bigger fridge.

If you are looking for a beachfront location for the best price this is it! Very close to Rincón, steps from the beach, and in a quiet neighborhood. The only downside is that I didn’t realize it was a two unit house but that wasn’t a huge dealbreaker for us. Large garage for your car or cars, air conditioning and the location was perfect. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the shower was hard to stand under due to the position the water pointed in but we made it work. We had an issue with the tv but the host took care of it right away.

Not what I expected. From inside the house, ocean view is obstructed by walls, enclosed concrete porch. The master bedroom A/C did not work. I contacted the manager and advised her of A/C not working. She said she would send someone out to fix it, however that never happened.
