This beautiful beachy home has an open floorplan, so you and your loved ones can relax together or enjoy your own space. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. One of the bedrooms features a bunk bed on the first floor – perfect for the younger members of your family! There is even a full bath on the 1st floor for convenience. The master suite has a king bed and large en suite bath with soaker tub, separate double vanities, and a walk-in shower. The other 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor both have queen beds and share a large bathroom with double vanity.

This home was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival, we did notice one of the golf carts was missing. After messaging the management company, we were told there was an issue with a tire. They assured us that the cart was being repaired and would be returned once it was ready. We checked in on a Sunday, we received the cart back by Tuesday mid morning. While it was a slight inconvenience, it all worked out fairly quickly. The house was spacious with lots of windows to enjoy the sunshine. The only downside is that the 4th bedroom is not actually a bedroom. It is more of a nook with a bunk bed in it. There is a full bathroom right next to. It worked well for us, but I believe that is information potential renters should know so they can be prepared. All the bedrooms were very nice with comfortable beds. They also had plenty of linens available for the sofa bed as well as a few extras. Ironing boards with irons, hair dryers, and plenty of dishware were also available. This was a very well furnished home. We will definitely look at renting this home again for our yearly stay.

The check-in process was nice and easy.. The kitchen is really small but functional and stocked. Dishes need to be recleaned as the dish washer does not clean well. The tv in guest room by the front door keep going out due to the outlet it was plugged into. But this was a great location and the host help with everything and came out in no time to repair tv issue.

The property itself is fine. Location is great! We had a few challenges that I’ll detail below.1. Parking is limited & HOA is extremely strict. We had two vehicles (per the description is the max) and also had two golf carts (provided by the unit). Because of strict HOA rules, only 1 vehicle could fit with the two golf carts.2. The unit states it will sleep 11, and technically that is true. But the “bunk room” is TINY. Barely enough room to get down from the bunk with anyone else in the same room with you without bumping one another. Bunk room sleeps 3. Unless you have very young children, this was not enough space for big kids (ages 7). 3. Maintenance. We had trouble charging our golf carts because the outdoor outlets were bad. This was never fixed. 4. Downstairs air conditioner struggled to keep up (would not get below 75/76) but Vacation Haven support was very quick to respond and got us going again. The kitchen is small, but that didn’t bother us. It was very clean and beds were comfortable. But for the money you pay, minor inconveniences become a big deal. Especially when the golf carts would not charge & we were threatened a fee for our parking situation, even though the description clearly states there is enough room for two vehicles. While we may not choose to stay at this particular unit again, a family with 5-8 vs 11 people would be a great fit.
