Welcome to our beautiful pool home, which is perfect for two families. Our house is designer-decorated with upgraded tiled bathrooms and wood floors. There are two California king master bedrooms with en-suites. The remaining rooms include a queen bed and a children's room with full-over-full bunk beds, which share a hallway bathroom. All the rooms are equipped with 46+ inch TVs. The spacious living room has a queen pull-out sofa. The open-concept kitchen and dining room has plenty of seating for everyone.
We provide a pack-n-play, a single stroller, a double stroller, a highchair, and a booster seat for your infants and toddlers. The game room features a STIGA ping pong table and cubbies with toys and games. The family room has a 60-inch TV and a DVD player. High-speed wireless internet is also included. Outside, you can relax in our new sparkling pool and in-ground jacuzzi. Additionally, there's a natural gas BBQ, patio dining set, and extra chairs for your enjoyment.
All the bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 2 in our driveway ONLY - NO Street Parking. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102
*All Major credit cards and checks are accepted.
A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

Introducing an exclusive pre-arrival grocery stocking/delivery service to eliminate any need for chores during your stay. Enjoy the convenience and luxury of having fresh, high-quality products delivered directly to your rental before you arrive - beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Items are even appropriately put away in the home refrigerator & cabinets, and photos are sent to you at delivery. All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines.
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:
These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. If you reside within 50 miles of this house,e there will be an extra $500 security deposit to ensure city rules and regulations are kept. In addition, homes are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras. There are NO cameras inside.
All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival:
Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. The name and address of the cardholder must match the details of the booking person. Last-minute bookings will be rejected if they do not match.
No local rentals where renter lives within 100 Miles of the Home.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law. We also reserve the right to cancel the reservation(s) of ANY booking with technical error(s) that includes but is not limited to; pricing, website difficulties, or any other issue that may arise in the booking stage of a reservation.

It was excellent! Perfect for our daughter’s graduation from Chapman. Only downside was we were not allowed to go in backyard after 10pm and they have cameras with someone monitoring.

The home and pool are beautiful. I have stayed at various VRBO homes but NEVER have I been charged a deposit. This place said "price you see is what you pay" but was NOT true! The home is very accommodating for large family or friends to come and visit. TVs are very hard to use! There is NO book to tell you how to use the TV's and how to watch programs. The showers are older showerheads that haven't been cleaned and are NOT adjustable! The air vents need to be cleaned out because there is a lot of dust on them. I am very disappointed that at the cost of this place there wasn't a little something there for us such as a bowl full of snacks or a bottle of wine! Not even water, but there was ice. The kitchen has the basics. There was nothing left behind by anyone like oil, salt & pepper, coffee, etc. This is a very nice place but for the price I would not go there ever again!

Let's start with the positive:This house was a perfect set up for our needs and in close proximity to my son's school. We loved that there were two master suites and the beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean, well-equipped and ready when we arrived. We loved the backyard and it was definitely a big selling point for us.The negative:After we booked and paid, we were sent the contract with many oppressive rules. We felt like they were assuming we were going to break all of their rules and they outlined all of the punitive consequences. This was not a welcoming vibe AT ALL. Some of the rules included:Two cars only (including you CANNOT load/unload ever)You cannot have guests to the house that exceed the maximum occupancy (ever). So, we could not invite my son and a couple of friends over for a BBQ and'or swim. You cannot be outside AT ALL after 10. I feel like a responsible adult could sit out there and sit in the hottub as long as we were not making noise/problems.I feel like the rules could be framed in a different way. We WERE NOT the problem. We were two middle-aged adult families (in-laws) with our kids.The biggest issue was the fact that we did not feel comfortable or that we could relax. We felt like we were constantly be surveilled. In fact, we were quite disturbed when we found a hidden listening device (not disclosed to us that we could find) in the rec room/garage. Despite there being 9 visible outlets, this device was plugged...
