Late Check-in
Standard check-in is available until 10:00 PM.
Arrivals after 10:00 PM must be arranged before booking and are subject to a €50 late arrival fee.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €1000 is required before check-in. It will be fully refunded after check-out following a satisfactory inspection of the property.
Guest Registration
For security reasons, all registered guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID before arrival.

Check in was okay once we passed the security main gate they are very unfriendly and refuse to read in English your confirmation doesn’t mean anything to them they just say no habla engles which is fine until there are Vrbo renters instructed to just show the rental agreement - show it to who ? The gate refuses to read it perhaps print a copy in spanish ?
Marco was fine until he wasn’t - he got pretty aggressive and defensive even though we were the ones that were inconvenienced by two nonworking air conditions. On arrival he promised to give us a credit which he didn’t give until much later and even at that it wasn’t the amount we had agreed on.it is what it is
