Clean, easy check in. Fantastic location. Felt safe and close to everything. Lots of light in the apartment. Was a great place to relax after a long day of walking!

Loft style apartment in the middle of downtown Vancouver. There is parking for an extra fee if you need to utilize that. In the uber to check in, the uber went in the back alley (as a shortcut I guess) and people were definitely smoking crack back there or attempting to at least. I mean it’s a city, so kind of expected. A little run down in the lobby, and sort of feels like sketchy hotel vibes. However, the actual apartment is nice enough! Water pressure was great in the shower and bed was comfortable. For the two night stay, it was exactly what we needed. Probably can’t beat it for the price point in downtown. (And if you’re staying for longer there is in unit washer and dryer!).

Space was great. Condition of unit was not so great. The fan in the washroom was extremely loud. The caulking in the washroom was not good, areas of mold. And there were ants in the bathroom and the kitchen. I don’t recommend for a 2 week stay, but I do recommend for a weekend getaway.
Owner was responsive during the stay, but the place really needs some work done.
