Good place to stay. Nice small place good for one or two people. Quiet and Safe. All the comforts of home. I liked that it is detached from main house with separate entrance. I would mention, you park on the street in front of the house. There is a short but steep driveway to walk up. People with mobility issues might have difficulty.

I have owned or managed vacation rentals since 2002 so I appreciated the fact that everything was as advertised.
If you're ok with "really small"; you'll like this place, and owner is easy to work with.

Second stay at this property -- very small but fine for one person. I'm in town for business and don't need anything fancy -- just clean and safe. I'll stay again.
