Our condo has a relaxed feel in the perfect location near many attractions. Its located on the first floor next to the pool and across the street from the beach. In addition, its waking distance to restaurants, mini golf, ice cream, shopping, fishing pier, boardwalk, and a liquor store. Destin/Crab Island is just under a 10 minute drive.

Incredible location. Easy beach access. Good restaurant in short walking distance (Stewby’s).

The property was just the right size, clean and accessible to the beach. I was a bit disappointed with the television selection process. We couldn’t really see the stations we wanted to see. That was the only disappointment.

Advertised as poolside condo. Pool was closed. Location is great for beach goers.
Needs updating but functional & clean inside.
Porch & patio need alot of TLC. Grill was not usable without a good cleaning.
