The Seagrove community of well maintained condominiums, lush greenery, and community pool is centrally located within walking distance of the Grand Pavilion, Conference Center, Villages, and Wild Dunes shops and restaurants. It is the perfect location to be close to the resort center and just steps from the beach!
Upon entering the villa you are greeted by a bright open floorplan. The kitchen area is fully equipped and has plenty of space and appliances to cook a delicious homecooked meal. The large work area and bar provides seating with two additional bar stools. With beautiful hardwood floors, the living space is comfortably furnished with a queen size sofa sleeper, and it has a mounted flatscreen TV. It is open to the dining table which seats guests. The king size bedroom includes a Tempur-pedic mattress, flat screen TV and DVD player. The beautiful bathroom has a custom tiled shower and new vanity. For convenience, the villa includes a washer and dryer and wireless internet.

The City of Isle of Palms recently announced that they will be conducting a beach renourishment project designed to restore and protect the island's shoreline. The work is planned for July - November 2026, specifically this area August - September. During your summer vacation, you may see construction equipment, pipelines, or temporary work zones on portions of the beach. Work areas will move throughout the project, and beach access may be adjusted in localized sections while construction is underway.

Nice co do and location, had some issues with the TV and Kitchen sink but they were fixed quickly. Only other issue is the dishwasher doesn’t rinse well and you have to rewash everything.

Spacious and close to the beach

If you want to relax, with family or a couple's getaway, this is the perfect spot. The beach is steps away from property. The community is safe & quiet. My pool code didn't work & all i had to do was make a call to the property management & it was corrected. This 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is perfect for a getaway. Its sleeps 4 & is spacious. I actually stayed an extra day to relax from the real world! Will stay at this property again.

Could not use porch filthy. Floors were only broom swept not clean. Inadequate utensils and no griddle for pancakes. The skillets were nasty. Bed mattress/foam padding horrible to sleep on. Bathroom floor needs repaired. Would not rent this unit again.
