Alan’s rental was perfect for my sister and me. Well stocked kitchen and very clean. We attended a quilting retreat nearby so we were not in the rental except to sleep and make breakfast. The neighborhood was mostly quiet except for graduation parties Saturday but noise didn’t interrupt our sleep. We had a wonderful experience and booked Alan’s rental for our upcoming retreat in September.

What a beautiful and private one-bedroom guesthouse! We loved everything about our stay. The location was perfect, the space was clean and comfortable, and the shower, bed, and pillows were exceptionally cozy. The owners were wonderful, great communication and very accommodating. We truly appreciated everything about this place.

Apartment was clean, cozy and comfortable. Had all the amenities you would have in your home. Love the fact that there was an abundance of TV and Speciality stations. Was a great stay! Alan is a great host
