The apartment has a lounge-dining room leading to the terrace. There is a sofa-bed, TV, round table and chairs and a decorative fireplace. Opening with a small bar leading to the kitchen. The kitchen is small and equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender and tableware.
There is 1 double bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom with bath, sink, toilet and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.
On the terrace you can enjoy the peace and quiet and eat outside as it has table and chairs.
There is also a large communal patio behind the building.
