In addition to being right by the ocean, you and yours will love how it is only a 6-minute walk from restaurants, bars, and shopping on Flagler Avenue. Upon walking in you'll be welcomed by the home's bright interior full of white, teal, and wood accents. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, a toaster, a drip coffee maker, and more. Tucked beneath the island are a Full-Size Washer and Dryer. From the living room your cozy spot, you'll also have a full view of the backyard. The backyard is fenced-in and provides children with a safe outdoor space to play. At the end of each beach-filled day, you'll be more than ready to retire to the primary bedroom. This bedroom holds a queen bed and looks directly onto the ocean horizon. The house was in a great location and perfect for our group of 6! The pool and backyard was a huge highlight for us. It’s a perfect distance from the beach and Flagler avenue. We had a few issues with the washer and the grill not working but the property owners were very responsive on working on maintenance issues. Nothing that couldn’t be expected from a rental being used over time. We would definitely stay at this property or any other owned by the owners in the future.

Great property and location! Walking distance to everything is a major plus!!! The house was great and the pool was very nice! The only downside was we couldn’t do any laundry bc the washer was broke. I realize this is at no fault of the property owners, things break. Also, the grill wasn’t working, which we found out after we purchased meat to grill. Another con was there were no beach towels. I was just lucky I had brought a couple with me. If I was traveling from far, would not of been the case. I would stay again at this house. Next time I would be more prepared on things to bring like more beach towels, liquid hand soap, Kleenex boxes. Overall this house is a 4/5.

The house was great except the drier took forever to dry and the upstairs master shower did not drain very well.The house was very clean and comfortable!! Check in was extremely easy.
