We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. It was well-equipped with all the kitchen supplies we could ask for. Nice to be able to control the temperature in each bedroom. There were lovely sitting areas on the back porch, picnic table, and front porch. Nice location close to downtown Glens Falls.

Beautifully appointed! Great parking, very clean and updated with amazing space for everyone in our party. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and outdoor seating to gather. The decor and furnishings are really creative and fun. Appreciated the very nice condition of all of the amenities. Would live here if we could!

Overall we enjoyed the property. However the towels in each bathroom were dirty -- they had never been changed from the previous group. Kind of gross. When I raised this issue with the property manager I was told that unless I had pictures of the towels they couldn't verify the issue. Who makes up comments about dirty towels (and who thinks to take pictures of dirty towels)? They said that I had 24 hours to produce the photos. All I wanted to do was to let them know about an issue for the future and thought their response was pretty negative.
Also, one other thing is that since this property is managed by a company other than VRBO, VRBO could not help me with questions prior to our arrival and the management company did not communicate with me until after my final payment was made.
Both of these issues reflect poor customer service by the management company.
