• The property offers privacy, daily maid services aren't provided.

• Pets are not allowed.
• No Parties: We're nestled in a serene neighborhood. Parties and loud disruptions are strictly forbidden. Let's keep the harmony.
• No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking inside. Violation incurs a $350 fee and deposit forfeiture.
• Trash: Please dispose of all waste.

The condo unit was very nice, super cute, clean and comfortable. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. We got a lot of great sleep. The proximity to the ocean was awesome. Very relaxing secluded beach. I will say the condo pool area is under construction, though doesn't appear to be actively being worked on. The unit is on a lower floor so that is more noticeable for the view. But it's still a great view of the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again if we are in the area.

Irina was an excellent host. Very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Her place is beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Beach access is very close to the building. Very pleased with everything!! I would recommend staying there!

Location for what we needed was great. Price was great. Would have given you a 5 star but thy were rebuilding the pool and the path from the building was rough for older people. The unit had some work being done. But we would recommend, especially once all the work is done. You can’t get any closer to the beach.

First, I got a message just prior to my check in, too late to cancel or change my trip with rules and a notice that the building was under construction. Upon arrival it wasn’t clear where we were allowed to park with only one tiny unreserved spot available. Resulted in ding in my rental car door. When we got to the unit and pulled out the couch sofa in living room the sheets were full of sand, indicating they had not been cleaned. Found a new set of sheets in linen closet. This sofa in the living room was advertised as a sleeping area, but there were no curtains on the large sliding door so as it’s an L shaped building it meant no privacy. The internet was VERY slow and kept going out. I called and texted the numbers provided. Finally got a text back after several attempts and they apologized for the internet and cleaning issue she said both would be corrected ASAP, but it didn’t happen she didn’t hear back from them until they sent me check out instructions that didn’t even apply to my unit. Additionally, several areas in the ceiling of the unit were stripped down to bare drywall. Overall not what I expected for the price nor compared to other VRBO’s I’ve rented in same area / price range.
