Brightside boasts several outdoor areas, including a welcoming front porch, a screened porch with a cozy seating area, a back deck with propane BBQ grill, a private balcony off the upstairs primary suite and an entertainment area in the garage with TV, sectional sofa and a ping pong table. The home's interior is also stunning with its beautiful furnishings, freshly painted walls, hardwood floors, crown molding and high ceilings.

Guests enter Brightside by walking up the exterior stairs in the front yard to the front porch of the home. Once you enter the front door, you will find a foyer that leads you to either the large living room with comfortable seating or a half bathroom & den off of the kitchen. The living room connects to the dining area, the screened porch and the kitchen. One of the home's primary suites is located on the ground floor off of the living room. Take the interior staircase to the second floor to find the upstairs primary suite, the bunk bedroom, the guest bedroom, a hallway bathroom with a double sink vanity & shower/tub combo and the laundry room. Off-street parking on the driveway for up to 4 cars is included in the rental rate.
NO PETS; NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

This may impact beach access points but the beach will be accessible throughout. Only active construction areas will be roped off. Fantastic house. In great condition. Well appointed. Beds were comfortable. The proper amount of dishes and silverware for a house this size. Pleasantly surprised that the house had a shelf full of spices for use when we grilled out.

The Brightside was a perfect fit for our family. Easy walk to the beach and off the main island thoroughfare. Home was well equipped and in good condition. We were short on bed linens but that was quickly rectified by iTrip staff. The out door shower did not work and the garage playroom was way to hot to be used, even with the small AC….probably a good addition in the fall and winter months.
Over all we were satisfied with the accommodations.
