A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Newly updated condo, across the street from Coligny plaza and 1.5 blocks from the beach. We fell in love with HHI and bought our first place and renovated in 2017/2018. We love coming here for a getaway with our friends or with our children and grandchildren. We worked hard to make this place a comfy and inviting second home. It was done with love and hopefully you will feel just as at home here as we do!
Highlights: A very comfy king bed in the master bedroom as well as 2 full beds in the second bedroom. The bathroom was redone with a walk in shower. Perfect for showering yourself, your kids or for those of us in the older crowd who don't do as well with step in tub showers.
Travelling with your family? We have what you need. Games, toys, pack n' play and a booster high chair.
Box fans available for you white noise/fan sleepers as well
Please note that for your convenience we provide starter packs that include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent, we don't restock these items during your visit. Also, the laundry equipment available for guests use is coin operated, you'll need quarters.
Take advantage of our 10 % weekly discounts year round and 30% monthly discount Sept - Feb.
Escape the cold and enjoy our temperate winter climates right across the street from the beach.

We had a great time here. The location is walkable to the beach, Caligny plaza, a huge playground... we barely needed the car at all! Much appreciated a regular table with 4 chairs so we could eat together with the kids. The kitchen and bathroom look to have been recently renovated and everything was clean. Would be happy to stay here again!

Angela’s place was very close to all the shops and a quick walk to the beach. We ran into an issue when we arrived and the pack and play was not in the unit. I messaged and received a call within 15 minutes from the property manger and he fixed the issue and had a pack and play dropped off within the hour. This was very appreciated. The wagon as very helpful transporting to the beach. There was plenty of towels. The piggly wiggly was up the street and perfect for grabbing needed items. There was a humidifier in the master bedroom that would automatically go on all day and night. This was alittle annoying at night when sleeping and it would go on and off every 15-20 minutes. The space worked great for our family traveling with a toddler and a baby.

Overall the beds and stay was comfortable for our small family. We did not receive check in instructions beforehand until we were heading to the condo and I had to directly contact the property manager. First impression is that the condo smelt like mildew, covered up with air fresheners. the place is need in upgrades with walls and ceiling that are peeling/ stained, as well as watermarks. There wasn’t enough supplies left , only one garbage bag and a couple rolls of toilet papers and one paper towel. There were no beach towels just very small shower towels. A few of the pans were left dirty and coffee grounds was still in the pot. Overall the cleaning could have been better. Outside the pool was not cleaned, water was cloudy and the bottom of the pool was soundly and around the pool it garbage filled up , the landscaping wasn’t up kept because there was leaves all over the pool. We have stayed in the same condo complex last year so we were surprised to see the grounds so dirty.
