Minutes away from grocery stores, movie theater, Fishbowl Bowling alley, and shopping. Silver Sands, a large factory outlet mall is 7 miles east. Destin Commons outdoor shopping Mall is at the corner of Mid Bay Bridge and Hwy 98. It has a huge movie theater complex, Hard Rock Cafe', Bass Pro Fishing Shop, Johnnie Rockets, a beautiful outdoor setting. Several fabulous golf courses in the area. Deep sea fishing is right up the street!

You'll have access to a robust fitness center along with a video game room, tennis courts, and outdoor grills. You may also enjoy the resort beach services, and Tiki Bar. Free parking for guests.

The Condo itself was clean. We had issues with the TV. Cable did not work. Owner was helpful and easy to reach, but COX rep could not come until the 5 day of our stay, therefore we had no tv most of the trip. Pelican Resort is extremely large. Beach service is available, but be prepared to be on the 4 or 5 row, where you are unable to even see the ocean or feel a breeze. You can bring your own chairs, but you have to set up behind all of the beach service chairs/umbrellas. Elevators were a disaster. Wait time was unreal. Condo was nice, but location and resort- were overcrowded for us!
