We're perfectly located central to ALL of Northwest Arkansas. From our home you can be almost anywhere in NWA in less than 20 minutes: Pinnacle Prominade, Hogs game, Bentonville Biking, Crystal Bridges, Wal-Mart, JB Hunt, Tyson, etc. It's all easy access from Park View Place since we're only 2.5 miles off of I-49! Then once you've settled in for the evening you'll enjoy a new, cozy, well furnished home in a quiet neighborhood!

Park View is a beautiful and brand new community on the east side of Lowell, Arkansas.
• 2.5 miles off I-49.
• Central to all of NWA, you can be in Bentonville in 15 minutes, Fayetteville in 20 minutes

• Initial toiletry items provided for kitchen, bathrooms (two rolls of Toilet Tissue per bathroom), and laundry (additional supplies are the guests' responsibility)
• Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay — this is common for properties in our area.

Great location, full of amenities! Easy to get around in the area. The hosts did an excellent job in communicating to us! Enjoyed the nice sidewalks throughout the neighborhood for walks. The house was spacious, comfortable and very well stocked!

The house was as advertised…clean, fully stocked kitchen for meal preparation and in a very safe neighborhood. The hosts had great communication with us the whole time when needed. Great property location to area restaurants and grocery. Also enjoyed the neighborhood for walking, sidewalks throughout.

Cute, cozy and comfortable. Check in/check out process easy. Online pics accurate. Communication with management was just right. Overall, enjoyed our stay.
