Location was perfect for our group. We walked to several local restaurants and shops. The Logan Square Farmer’s Market on Sunday was a great experience. Our host was very easy to communicate with. Our group enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood was quiet and welcoming.

The kitchen was great and well equipped, and we were able to prepare and serve early Thanksgiving dinner for 6. We appreciated the little touches like fall decor and place settings. The garage space was a nice extra beyond what is usually included. Walking to restaurants and a coffee shop were easy from this location. The neighborhood was quiet. This is an older building, but it has been completely and extensively remodeled and appears as if it was new construction. The fact that there is an espresso coffee maker (as well as a drip coffee maker) was really nice, and when we ran out of espresso beans, the host arranged for more to be delivered the next day.

The only issue which I noted is the fact that there were not enough towels and face cloths for purposes of taking a shower. There were 9 guests and there was not enough towels and face cloths for each guest. Other than that simple issue, the stay was outstanding and the residence was excellent for myself and the other 8 adults who stayed at the residence.

The unit was clean, modern and updated. Location was great — on a quieter side street with easy access to the busier downtown. Communication was the Host was easy. Our family truly enjoyed our stay here!
